1-1 Training T&C's

One-to-One Training Sessions – Terms & Conditions

General Requirements
Dogs must be up to date with vaccinations.
Please inform us of any health conditions, injuries, or behavioural concerns your dog has before the first session so training can be adapted safely and appropriately.
We use reward-based training methods only. No aversive tools such as prong/pinch collars, choke chains, e-collars, are permitted, we also ask that dog's aren't on slip leads or retractable leads.

Bookings & Payments
Payment methods: Bank Transfer, PayPal, Revolut.
Full Payment is required to secure your bookings once availability has been sent, any package between £200-300 can be split into two payments, any payments above £300 can be split onto three payments.
If on payment plan, payments must be made at the start of the month & no sessions can take place until first payment has been made, if the payment hasn't been made by the 7th of the month, then full payment is required to be able to continue at the discounted package price.
Payments must be paid within 3 working days of receiving payment details unless otherwise agreed. If payment is not received, the appointment may be offered to another client.

Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds
Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice may be rescheduled at no additional cost.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your session are non-refundable, as this time cannot usually be filled at short notice.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the session may need to be shortened or cancelled, and the full session fee may still apply.
Refunds are only provided if we must cancel and cannot offer an alternative date.
Missed sessions cannot be refunded and will be counted as a session.

Training Location & Safety
Sessions may take place at your home, in a public space, or at a pre-agreed location. Please ensure the training environment is safe, secure, and free from hazards.
For in-home sessions, please ensure your dog is safely contained until the session begins, and that any other pets or distractions are managed appropriately.
Children are welcome to be involved, provided they remain supervised and behaviour is respectful and safe.

Training Expectations
Training success depends on consistent practice.
Homework or follow-up exercises may be provided, and it is the handler’s responsibility to continue training between sessions.
Each dog must have a dedicated handler for the duration of the session.
The handler must ensure their dog is kept on a suitable lead when required and remains under control at all times.
We must be notified of any changes in the dog's behaviour between sessions as sessions may need to be tailored or postponed due to the changes in the behaviour.
