What to Bring
Small, tasty treats (we use reward-based training methods throughout)
A harness and standard lead (no retractable leads, please)
A blanket for your dog to settle on
A favourite toy (avoid squeaky toys to minimise distractions)

Terms & Conditions
Dogs must be up to date with vaccinations.
Please inform us of any health conditions or injuries your dog may have, as some activities may need to be adapted.
We only use reward-based training methods — please bring plenty of treats (we can provide extra if needed).
The use of prong/pinch collars, choke chains, e-collars, and retractable leads is not permitted. We can provide alternative leads if required.
Each dog must have a dedicated handler.
If any handler has mobility, sight, or hearing impairments, please notify us prior to attending.
Please be considerate of others in the class. Children may be present with their parents, so respectful behaviour is expected.
Full Payment is required to secure your space.
Refunds: Payments are non-refundable unless we are able to fill your space.
We limit class size to 4 dogs to ensure quality attention.
Missed Classes: We’re unable to offer refunds for missed sessions, but class notes and step-by-step guides will be provided.

Please note: These classes are not suitable for dogs who are reactive to people or other dogs, due to the group setting.
